ARESTADO AN 37 NGAN AN TOP 4 PROVINCIAL LEVEL MOST WANTED SA SACLEO SAN NORTHERN SAMAR POLICE 

Sa inpormasyon tikang sa Camp Carlos Delgado, Catarman, Northern  Samar nga may total nga 37 law violators an naresto durante san Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operations (SACLEO) na igin dumara san Northern Samar Police Provincial Office sa leadership niPCOL SONNIE B OMENGAN, Provincial Director, tikang sito August 25 abot 31, 2025.

San weeklong operation nahimogaso sini an pagka-aresto san Top 4 Most Wanted Person sa Provincial Level, nga nadakop san Mondragon Municipal Police Station na may kaso nga Qualified Rape didto sa Brgy. Sabang, Naic, Cavite. Ngan lain pa sini an mga high-value individual nga naaresto san NSPPO line units nga nagin mabinungahon an pagserbe sa warrant san maabot 14 other wanted persons nga may magkadurudilain nga kaso. 

Samtang, sini nga crackdown natakpo an 12 nga individual tungod sa kaso ng illegal gambling. Dugang pa sini an 10 violators san municipal ordinances and special laws an na-apprehended. 

Tungod sini an ngatanan nga gin aresto na, indibiduwal igin sumatan sa kanta mga katungod o constitutional rights ngan, gin turn over san mga respective arresting units para sa documentation sa kalagayan nga disposition sa mga korte nga nagkakapot sini.

TARO ROOT CROP AMONG THE TOP 10 AGRI-PRODUCT IN NORTHERN SAMAR

April 16, 2024/EUGENE MONTANO ENANO/Catarman Northern Samar--Based on the 2022 data from the Philippine Statistics Authority, taro is ranked among the top 10 agricultural products of Northern Samar. Gov. Edwin Ongchuan's administration seeks to empower farmers, enhance food security, and promote sustainable agricultural practices, through the implementation of initiatives such as the Taro Propagation Program.  The program cultivated 2,400 "Binti ng Dalaga" Taro varieties at the Provincial Agriculture and Fisheries Extension Center (PAFEC) in Galutan, Catarman, Northern Samar.
